Can't justify a ceramic heat coating for $800 on top of the price of downpipes? Don't want heat paint flaking off the headers in 6 months or don't want to apply a heat tape to the headers that will decay after a year? We have developed a solution for this with our range of heat shield-coated headers and downpipes!!

In testing these downpipes kept the engine bay heat down by over 46*C after a dyno run compared to non coated downpipes!

These headers are a high-quality grade of stainless 304 and will go a beautiful gold colour after a few heat cycles, cheaper stainless often goes a blue/purple.

These headers suit both our naturally aspirated and camshaft packages and come in either a CAT or DECATTED version.

This high-quality flow-optimized downpipe from REVHIGH TUNING SOLUTIONS is crafted from V2A stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) using a tungsten inert gas tig welding process, hand checked and smoother for optimal flow!

By reducing the exhaust gas back pressure, an increase in power and torque is achieved and the thermal load on the periphery is reduced. In addition to improved responsiveness and more dynamics, this results in a more powerful sound!!

These come with high quality Metallic 200cell catalytic converters. No warranty is available on these cat converters unless discussed prior with us or tuned+installed by us in VIC, we've seen too many V8's running incredibly lean at WOT due to miserable tunes. If this is an issue we'd recommend going the decat/race pipe option.
