When this 2010 Audi TTS 2.0L EA113 rolled into our workshop, the goal was clear—more power, better response, and optimized performance for extended track use. With the EA113 engine being a solid platform for modifications, we got to work with some key upgrades to unlock its full potential.

What We Upgraded:
✅ High-flow downpipe – Less restriction, more power, and an aggressive exhaust note ✅ Custom dyno tune – Precision tuning for increased boost, throttle response, and overall performance ✅ RPM & speed limit increases – Maximizing powerband for better performance at high speeds ✅ Coolant flow enhancement – Keeping temperatures in check for extended track sessions

Why This Matters:
With the manual transmission, we didn’t need to tweak the gearbox, allowing us to focus purely on engine performance and cooling efficiency. The combination of a high-flow downpipe and custom tune results in stronger acceleration, improved top-end power, and a more responsive driving experience. By increasing coolant flow, we ensure that this Audi TTS can handle the heat of high-performance driving without compromise.

The Final Results:
📊 Before vs. After Dyno Figures
🔹 Stock Power: 192.9kW & 484.4Nm
🔹 Tuned Power: 230.3kW & 540.2Nm

The Road Ahead:
This TTS is now prepped and ready to dominate the streets and the track with improved performance, higher rev limits, and optimized cooling. Whether you're looking to push your Audi further or simply get the most out of your setup, we’ve got the experience to make it happen!
